2. Precautions for increasing the efficiency of servo hydraulic presses


During the production and use of the servo hydraulic press, in addition to paying attention to the specifications during operation and the usual repair and maintenance, it is also necessary to find ways to increase the working efficiency of the equipment. The operator of the equipment needs to understand the principle of the hydraulic system, understand the effect of the hydraulic components, and grasp the operating sequence of the system. Before starting the equipment, check whether the motion organization and the solenoid valve are in the initial state, check the oil level of the fuel tank, and if abnormal or lack of oil is found, the hydraulic pump motor should be prohibited from starting, and repair personnel should be asked to repair it. The operator should always check the working status of the hydraulic system, observe the working pressure and speed, check the size of the workpiece and the wear status of the tool, so that the hydraulic system works stably and reliably.


In winter, when the oil temperature of the servo hydraulic oil tank does not reach 25 ℃, the executive organizations cannot start to work in sequence, but can only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump empty. During the summer operation, when the oil temperature in the fuel tank is higher than 60 ℃, pay attention to the investigation of the working condition of the hydraulic system, and tell the repair personnel to deal with it. The operator cannot damage the interlocking equipment of the electrical system, push open the electric control valve by hand, and cannot damage or intentionally move the position of each operating gear.


The servo motor hydraulic press that has been stopped for more than 4 hours should start the hydraulic pump motor for 5-10 minutes before starting to work before it can work with pressure. When there is a problem with the hydraulic system, the operator cannot tamper with it without permission, and should report to the repair department. Hydraulic equipment should always be cleaned to avoid dust, cutting fluid, cutting, cotton yarn and other debris from entering the fuel tank.
