With the continuous demand for automobile engine mounts in the market, the independent research and development of engine mount filling equipment in China entered into a period of rapid development. But the traditional filling production equipment is not only heavy, but also expensive in purchase, installation, and maintenance.
To solve the problems, Tianyu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. independently developed a new integrity quantitative vacuum filling machine--TY701 series on the basis of its years' experience of production and service. The machine has the features of high efficiency and fast pumping speed without residual liquid. Compared with the traditional equipment, it has a more stable performance with reducing material waste, improving production efficiency, and saving cost.
The vacuum pump is used to remove the air from the inner filling space of the product, and to fill the set volume of liquid into the product in a quantitative way.
After putting it into the steel ball, the inlet is sealed by interference to meet the performance requirements of the product. The upper and lower limits of the interference force of the steel ball are compared to ensure the tightness of the steel ball. The volume of a liquid-filled into the product is quantitatively controlled without changing the product space for adjustment. The volume to be filled can be directly input through the display, which solves the problem of the filling volume of products in liquid space that can not be changed through the external filling.
Suitable for the liquid filling of automobile shock absorbers such as engine shock absorber, automobile rubber bushing, rubber mount, engine mount, engine mounting pad, and engine mounting.
Purpose: the vacuum pump is used to remove the air from the filling space inside the rubber mount, and then the set amount of liquid is filled into the product in a quantitative way, and after putting into the steel ball, the inlet is sealed by interference to meet the performance requirements of the product;
Detection of steel ball interference: the upper and lower limits of the interference force of the steel ball are compared to ensure the tightness of the steel ball ( be able to seal the liquid inlet) ;
Leakage detection: after the equipment vacuums the product, the pressure is maintained for a certain period of time to detect whether the product has any leakage;
Quantitative filling: the liquid volume filled into the product is quantitatively controlled without changing the product space for adjustment. Through the display screen, directly input the volume to be filled
Integrity liquid filling head: vacuum pumping, liquid filling, putting into steel ball and residual liquid suction are all completed at one time. This function is the prerequisite for quantitative liquid filling, which ensures that the product is filled in the vacuum environment without residual liquid;
The suction of residual liquid: after the steel ball riveting is done, the equipment will absorb the residual liquid. The residual liquid pipe is separated from the inlet pipe to avoid the residual liquid entering the vacuum pump and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump oil and the vacuum pump;
Bubbles removal: remove the bubbles from the newly-added liquid.

Filling method: quantitative filling (difference between precision and setting value ± 0.5 g or ± within 0.5ml), suitable for products whose cavity cannot be controlled;
Filling medium: mixture of ethylene glycol + propylene glycol + triethanolamine / ethylene glycol with 30% water content;
Daily filling efficiency of mixed liquid: when the vacuum degree is less than 80 Pa and the filling volume is 100 ml, the takt time is 15-16 seconds;
Filling efficiency of glycol containing water: when the vacuum degree is less than 170pa and the filling volume is 100ml, the takt time is 18-20s;
The filling rate is 90 ml / s;
Liquid filling mode: automatic liquid filling. When the liquid is filled again, the takt time of two products to pause is about 35 seconds;
Bubble removal method: negative pressure (negative pressure mixed liquor < 200Pa, ethylene glycol with water content is determined by liquid performance);
Bubble size: after filling 170ml transparent cup with spring, the bubbles with diameter<1MM is no more than 2;
Leakage detection: after the product stops pumping, it is detected by the rising rate of product pressure, and the determination time is 0.3 seconds;
Searching method of zero points (depth reference point of steel ball ): automatic searching when filling.

The quantitative filling is directly set by human-computer, and there is no need to limit the cavity through tooling, which is suitable for many types of products;
After the liquid is filled, the steel ball is pressed in the full vacuum, and no air will enter the product;
No residual liquid is left on the product, and it is not necessary to remove the residual liquid manually;
Excellent design of integrity head completely separates the vacuum pipe from the liquid filling pipe, greatly reducing the suction of liquid by the vacuum pump, and prolonging the replacement cycle of the vacuum pump oil and the service life of the vacuum pump;
