The TYD Series Foldback Servo Electric Cylinder is a high-rigidity servo actuator independently developed by Tianyu Machinery for high-output and high-precision press-fitting applications.
Unlike conventional servo electric cylinders on the market, the TYD series adopts a reinforced mechanical structure and high-stiffness design, achieving more than 3 times the overall rigidity of standard electric cylinders. This effectively reduces positioning deviation caused by load fluctuation during high-force pressing processes.
All critical internal components of the TYD electric cylinder are designed to withstand up to 300% overload capacity under rated output, significantly improving impact resistance, operational stability, and safety margin in high-load applications.
