    Unlike traditional vacuum filling equipment, the TY703 completes liquid filling, bubble removal, and press-fit sealing entirely under the liquid surface. A controlled low-pressure degassing process is applied during submerged filling to remove micro-bubbles attached to the product surface, ensuring stable internal fluid consistency and long-term product reliability.

    The system is specifically designed for automotive hydraulic bushings, where strict requirements on internal fluid stability, sealing quality, and process traceability are required.
