The TY305 Die Casting Parts Trimming Machine is designed for burr removal and trimming of aluminum and magnesium alloy die-casting components. It is widely used in the die casting industry for flash trimming of automotive parts, structural components, and precision housings.
In addition to metal die-cast parts, the machine is also suitable for full cutting of plastic molded products. It supports forming processes such as blanking and shallow drawing of sheet metal and plastic materials, making it a versatile trimming and forming solution.
This series adopts an advanced hydraulic circuit with a master-cylinder structure. Compared with conventional hydraulic presses, it delivers lower operating noise, higher working speed, reduced energy consumption, and improved overall efficiency. It represents a new generation of hydraulic trimming equipment focused on productivity and environmental performance.
The TY305 features a four-column, three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the moving platen is guided by four precision guide sleeves, ensuring stable motion during trimming. The parallelism between the lower work surface and any point on the upper work surface is controlled within 0.1 mm, providing consistent and accurate trimming results.
For efficient waste handling, the machine is equipped with an air-blowing system and a centrally located scrap discharge chute integrated into the lower worktable. This design allows trimmed waste to be removed quickly, keeping the working area clean.
Bottom dead center positioning is controlled by a pressure switch combined with a position sensor. The machine includes an automatic counter, an emergency stop button, and an infrared safety light curtain to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Key process parameters such as pressure, stroke, punching speed, air-blowing time, and shut height can be freely adjusted by the operator. Idle speed exceeds 150 mm/s, while working speed is maintained below 30 mm/s, achieving a balance between efficiency and precision.
During standby and high-speed operation, machine noise is controlled below 75 dB, providing a more comfortable working environment. The hydraulic system is integrated into the bottom oil tank, resulting in a compact layout, clean appearance, and stable long-term operation.
The available output force range of this series is 5–100 tf (1 tf = 1000 kgf = 9.8 kN), allowing the TY305 to cover a wide range of die casting trimming applications.
